Roxane R Russell, 59, of Arvada, Colorado, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, surrounded by her family.
A celebration of Roxane's  life will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at The Knights of Columbus at 2911 W 104th Ave, Denver, CO 80234. This will be a causal get together, as Roxane wouldn't want it any other way.  Please join us for food and beverages to celebrate Roxane's life and to share memories!
Roxane was born in Denver, Colorado to Glenn E. Horst and Mary C. on November 15, 1956. She grew up in Westminster, Co where she attended school.  She married Stephen Russell on August 31,1979 in Carson City, Nevada.  Roxane loved her children and grandchildren unconditionally. She had a kind, free spirit and was a beloved friend to so many people. She was always there to lend a helping hand and had a bold sense of humor that made everyone laugh. She was the true meaning of "one of a kind".
Proceeded in death by Grandparent's Edward and Clara Horst (Glenn), Frank and Louise Stein (Mary), and father in-law Philip Russell (Marjorie).
Roxane is survived by her husband Stephen Russell, daughter Allison Lane (Bobby), son Spencer Russell (Tawnya) , sister Pam Stewart (Andy), mother Mary Horst, father Glenn Horst, granddaughter  Hayden Lane, grandson RJ Lane, mother in-law Marjorie Russell, brother in-law Mark Russell (Beth), neice Stephanie Downey (Tabi), and nephew Brandon Russell, as well as many other cousins, aunts, and uncles.
